Carbon fabrics

HARSHDEEP range of Carbon Fabrics are made using the best quality carbon fibers by weaving them unidirectionally, plain weave and twill weave as per customer’s requirements.

The carbon fibers which HARSHDEEP uses are having high strength-to-weight and stiffness-to-weight ratios. Carbon fiber fabrics are thermally and electrically conductive and exhibit excellent fatigue resistance

Our customers achieve strength and stiffness of metals using extreme engineering provess and saving weight as compared to metals.

Carbon fabrics are compatible with almost all resin systems including epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester resins. Carbon fabrics are extensively used in preparation of prepegs.

HARSHDEEP uses 1k,3k,6k,12k carbon fiber types and offer fabrics with a standard width of 1000mm, other widths are customisable. Currently we are manufacturing in weave patterns of twill, plain and unidirectional (UD) only.
